2. Scope
This policy applies to the website mantiandco.com. For the ordering site at bestellen.mantiandco.com, which is technically operated by our ordering partner, the separate privacy policy available there applies.
This website keeps no user accounts, takes no orders and processes no payments. It sets no cookies and loads no third-party services when a page is opened.
3. Accessing the website and access data
When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically records information transmitted by your browser: the IP address of the requesting device, date and time of access, the address requested, the amount of data transferred, whether the request succeeded, browser type and version, operating system and, where applicable, the previously visited page (referrer).
This data serves to deliver the website, ensure its stability and security and defend against attacks. It is not combined with other data and not used for advertising. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the technically secure provision of the website.
The hosting provider retains this access data only as long as required for operation and security and deletes it afterwards in line with its policies. We ourselves have no access to logs of individual visits.
4. Hosting
This website is provided via Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosental 7, c/o Mindspace, 80331 Munich, Germany, and/or Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA („Cloudflare“). Cloudflare operates a globally distributed network through which the pages of this website are delivered; in doing so, Cloudflare processes the data listed in section 3 on our behalf. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare.
Cloudflare may also process data on servers outside the European Union, in particular in the USA. Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR) and, in addition, on the Commission's standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

5. Map display
On the „Location“ page we offer a map. The map is not loaded automatically. You first see only a button; the map is loaded only when you click it. This establishes a connection to the map provider's servers and transmits your IP address to them.
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by clicking the button. Your decision is not stored; each time you open the page again, you will first see the button.
The map provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. A transfer to the USA is possible; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).
Google's privacy policy also applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy
6. Links to third-party services
We link to third-party services, in particular to our ordering site operated by our ordering partner and to our Instagram profile (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland). These are plain links; we do not embed content from these providers in our website. Merely visiting our website transmits no data to these providers.
Only when you click a link do you leave our website. From that point, the respective provider processes your data under its own responsibility; for Meta, a transfer to the USA is possible, and Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis for linking is our legitimate interest in presenting our offer (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
7. Cookies and storage on your device
This website sets no cookies. No audience measurement takes place, and no analytics, advertising or tracking services are integrated. Information is not stored on your device.
8. Contact
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as the enquiry serves to initiate or perform a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We delete this data once your enquiry has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention periods apply.
9. Recipients and transfers to third countries
Beyond the cases named in sections 4 and 5, we do not pass personal data on to third parties. Data is disclosed only where we are legally obliged to do so or you have consented. Transfers to third countries take place only in the cases described in sections 4 and 5 and on the bases stated there.
10. Your rights
You have the right to access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR), to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].
11. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your data infringes the GDPR (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg (Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg), Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany.
